In addition to bathing in the beaches of the municipality, it is a tradition among the people of the area to enjoy good baths in rocky areas at different points along the coast.

The most popular are El Poril, in the urban area of La Tiñosa, and Barranco del Quiquere, between Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero.
